What this website collects

• Nothing through forms. There is nowhere on these pages to sign up, log in or leave your contact details.
• Nothing from the tools. Both the Whitby calculator and the 10-question fit check work inside your browser. Your entries never leave your device, and they vanish once you close the page.
• Basic hosting logs. Cloudflare hosts the website. For security and to keep pages loading, it logs technical details, for example the page asked for and the time.

Pressing any "free estimate" button on these Whitby pages opens a form on reversemortgagebroker.ca, the brokerage's main reverse mortgage website. The privacy policy of that website covers anything you enter there.

The button's link carries a short tag with this website's name and the page you came from. The tag identifies the page, not you.

What you share is used to answer your question, and to help with a mortgage only if you ask for that help. The brokerage protects it under PIPEDA, Canada's privacy law for businesses, and as its Ontario brokerage licence requires.
